If you are eligible for free school meals, we will be able to provide you with 16 sessions completely free of charge. However, you must provide us with your free school meal code issued from the council in order to confirm this with you. We will not be able to provide you with a place if this code is not provided.

If you are not eligible for free school meals, all sessions will come with a charge of £12.50.

Please note that we wish every person could come along to our services for free. However, in order to gain the generous funding and support of Solihull Council we must meet their funding requirements, which caters to FSM individuals. This applies to all HAF events, and is completely out of our control.

We also may not be able to sign up individuals if their needs are too high, as we are limited to the amount of staff that we have available. As well as this, our funding will only cover certain staffing ratios as well as what we can afford with venue sizes and capacities.

Thank you so much for your understanding, and we apologise to anyone who will not be able to come along to see us this year. Please remember that we are a small team, and we are working hard to make this summer a memorable and inclusive experience for everyone who comes along.

We also have a zero tolerance policy towards abuse to our team, and whilst we understand that it can be frustrating- we reserve the right to stop all of our services to you if you are abusive or threatening in any way. Whilst this is a tiny fraction of all of our amazing audience, we want to remind you that we are doing our best, and there are funding requirements that are out of our control.

Anyway, with all that out of the way- we hope that we will see you soon at our Summer Camps! You can now book your place via Class for Kids.

If you have any queries or questions regarding codes, eligibility, bookings, 1:1s. Budgets and higher needs, please do not hesitate to get in touch with:

Or feel free to message any of our social media platforms from Monday-Thursday with general enquiries, and we will be happy to point you in the right direction.
